A soldier of the Great War

 Mr and Mrs Memory, of Springston, have received word that their eldest son, Private W. H. Memory, has been wounded in the head and admitted to a hospital in England. Private Memory was born in Springston, and was educated at the local school. After leaving school he followed the occupation of ploughman, and during a period of about 16 years had only two employers. He commenced work with Mr J. W. Marshall, and at tho time of leaving with the 29th Reinforcements was employed by Mr J. W. Kime.
